Comprehensive Hot Water Boiler Service
We provided a full-service maintenance for a hot water boiler, including dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling key components. Our team ensured the boiler’s efficiency and safety by performing power brush cleaning on the fire side, inspecting and cleaning fire tubes, and reassembling all parts with precision. The result was a fully operational, clean, and safe boiler system.

Service Steps

1. Dismantling Boiler General Mounting Fittings (Main Fired)
The main fired mounting fittings were carefully dismantled to access internal components for inspection and cleaning.
2. Dismantling Handhole Cap
The handhole cap was removed to allow access to the boiler’s interior for thorough cleaning and maintenance.
3. Power Brush Cleaning on the Fire Side
A power brush was used to clean the fire side of the boiler, removing soot, debris, and buildup to ensure efficient heat transfer.
4. Dismantling Main Valve
The main valve was dismantled for inspection and cleaning, ensuring proper functionality and preventing potential leaks.
5. Fire Tube Cleaning
The fire tubes were meticulously cleaned to remove any blockages or buildup, improving boiler efficiency and safety.
6. Fire Chamber Cleaning
The fire chamber was cleaned to remove ash and debris, ensuring safe and efficient combustion.
7. Reassembly and Testing
After cleaning, all components were reassembled, and the boiler was tested to ensure proper operation and safety.
We provided a comprehensive service for a Mackenzie boiler burner, including cleaning, combustion tuning, and safety checks. Our team ensured the burner’s efficiency and safety by performing detailed cleaning of the fan cover, optimizing the combustion process, and conducting thorough testing. The result was a fully operational, clean, and efficient burner system.

Service Steps

1. Initial Inspection and Cleaning
The burner and its components were inspected for dirt, debris, and wear. Initial cleaning was performed to prepare for further servicing.

2. Fan Cover Cleaning
The fan cover was thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating or inefficiency in the combustion process.

3. Combustion Tuning
The combustion process was carefully tuned to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, ensuring the burner operates at peak performance.

4. Final Cleaning and Servicing
After tuning, all components were cleaned again to remove any residual debris or soot, ensuring the burner was in pristine condition.
5. Testing and Safety Checks
The burner was tested to ensure proper combustion and safety. All systems were verified to be operating within optimal parameters.
We inspected the die casting furnace area, identifying and repairing leaks at the main gas inlet station and furnaces. Defects in Furnace No. 5 and No. 9 were addressed, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The canteen gas stove was also inspected with no defects found.

Service Steps

1. Main Gas Inlet Station Inspection

  • Inspected the main gas inlet station and identified a leaking pressure gauge.

2. Canteen Gas Stove Inspection

  • Inspected the canteen gas stove and found no defects.

3. Leak Detection and Repair

  • Identified and addressed leaks at couplings and other components.
